Introduction
Vision of Shri Harish Butle: a path-breaking institution that brings together high-quality education, future-oriented skill development and a genuine social cause on one elite, self-sustaining, technologically advanced campus.
Club Deeper is a 50-acre integrated campus at Osade (Velhe), on Panshet Road near Sinhgad Fort, Pune. Students, skilled trainees, patients, elderly residents, athletes and resident families share one self-sustaining community. A K–12 school, a multi-disciplinary skill centre, a community hospital, an old age home and care centre, a sports and cultural complex, and a gated residential township share infrastructure, technology and purpose.
Skill Campus trainees provide real campus services — canteen, laundry, housekeeping, an IT helpdesk and hospital assistance — as part of their practical training. They earn Deeper Points, the campus cashless currency, while logging certified vocational hours.

Land advantages
- Educational approvals and NA conversion are possible; the title is single-owner, clear and free of encumbrances.

Education Campus — School, Hostel and Coaching
CBSE / State School (K–12) for about 1,200 students, with smartboards, STEM labs, biometric attendance and GPS-tracked transport for day scholars. The student hostel holds 600 in two G+3 blocks of 300 students, in 160 sq. ft triple-sharing rooms, with a 300-seat dining hall. School construction is ₹26.02 crore. The school investment ask is ₹15.00 crore and the hostel ask is ₹6.00 crore.
The coaching centre is a standalone residential campus for NEET, JEE Main, JEE Advanced and MHT-CET: 3,000 students matched by 3,000 hostel beds, in batches of 100–120. Programmes cover Classes 11 and 12, Class 12, and a one-year dropper batch. The coaching building ask is ₹18.00 crore and the coaching hostel ask is ₹30.00 crore.
Skill Campus — Vocational Training Center
25–30 NSQF-aligned skill units. Construction and fit-out: ₹14.02 crore. At full operation the centre holds 225 students, ages 15–25, with a 10th-pass minimum. Programmes run for 3–6 months, are fully residential, and align with NSQF, PMKVY and DDU-GKY.
Trainees run real campus services — canteen, laundry, housekeeping and the IT helpdesk — as certified practical training, and are paid in Deeper Points. The fee is ₹10,000 per skill, per month. Graduates get first preference for campus employment. Entrepreneurship support covers incubation, micro-credit, mentoring and market linkage.

Retail and logistics, automotive and EV, textiles and fashion, media and photography, financial literacy, early childhood care, and security services.

Designing and printing, driving and transportation, vocational and music, and further industry-nominated units. The Software Development Park has 30 developer workstations, a shared placement cell with the Education Campus, and startup incubation.
Social Projects — Hospital, Old Age Home and Care Center
Combined capacity 120. About 18 dedicated staff for the old age home: caregivers, a nurse, a physiotherapist and a psychologist. Construction and fit-out: ₹16.90 crore. The centre serves the campus and the rural population of Osade and Velhe. Billing across the hospital, pharmacy and care services uses Deeper Points.
Hospital
20–50 beds: OPD, ICU, emergency observation, a dental clinic, a 24-hour pharmacy and a pathology lab, with generator backup, medical gas piping and an ambulance bay. OPD covers general medicine, paediatrics, gynaecology, orthopaedics, dermatology, ECG, echocardiography and two dental chairs. Inpatient rooms: 4 private, 2 semi-private, a 6-bed general ward and a 2-bed ICU.
Old Age Home
50 residents, in fully accessible rooms with anti-slip flooring and a sensory garden. General fee ₹20,000 a month, premium ₹60,000 a month, with 10% subsidised or free seats. Three meals a day, housekeeping, laundry, physiotherapy and 24/7 nursing. Daily life includes yoga, bhajans, craft, supervised outings, and Wi-Fi and TV in every room. Fall-detection sensors cover every room.
Care Center
50 persons with special needs. Occupational, physio and ABA sensory therapy, individual education plans and assistive technology. Families use a parent app with CCTV access and daily updates.
Sport and Cultural Center
Construction and fit-out: ₹18.90 crore. A 30,000 sq. ft indoor games hall and a gym for 100 people, shared by students, trainees, hospital staff and resident families. Indoor and outdoor facilities are planned at 30:70. Court booking uses Deeper Points.
Outdoor
Cricket and football ground with floodlights, a bowling machine and a scoreboard.
Indoor hall
Badminton to BWF standard, table tennis, squash, billiards and chess, with a nine-metre ceiling and professional sports flooring.
Pool and gym
A semi-Olympic 25 m × 12.5 m pool and a learner’s pool, a 100-person gymnasium and a yoga hall. Certified lifeguards and anti-slip decking. Membership is monthly, half-yearly or annual, for residents, staff and external members.

Tentative demarcation
Symbolic representation of the proposed bungalow layout at the actual site — for understanding only. Gross plot size is about 3,000 sq. ft. (3 guntha), with 9 mtr internal roads and a 12 mtr spine road. Phase-wise booking continues; plots will be allocated in December 2027.

Harish Butle
Chief Promoter, Club Deeper Founder, Deeper & Saad Manuskichi Foundation
Even as Harish Butle aims to take DEEPER, SIR Foundation and Saad Manuskichi Foundation from strength to strength, the edifice of his work is based on his three-decade-long stint as a teacher, educational counselor and noted social engineer. These roles equip him to truly grasp the student’s concerns, hopes and aspirations. He is also the Founder-President of the Mahaparents, the pressure group formed by parents, against malpractices in the educational field.
He was restless as schools and colleges were getting disturbed because of coaching classes. To overcome this problem Mr. Butle crafted the concept of Deeper and served various junior colleges with the help of like-minded, student-centric teachers, principals and college management. He also crafted a well-planned rural development theme in the name of SAADGRAM for integrated rural development on the platform of SAAD MANUSKICHI FOUNDATION, and recently announced a path-breaking initiative named CLUB DEEPER — an integrated educational and skill-plus-social campus with a township of like-minded teachers and friends from DEEPER and SAAD MANUSKICHI FOUNDATION, which will cater to all of the above activities.
He is a panellist for educational and social debates on various TV channels. He has also written thought-provoking articles in leading newspapers such as Lokmat, Sakal and Samana.
Mr Butle has worked for an ecosystem comprising students, parents, teachers, educational institutions and society. In his view, every successful individual ought to work for their native village. One should cherish a sense of gratitude towards one’s parents and early mentors, and strive to support village schools and other local amenities. Through approximately 125 issues of the ‘Tumhi Aamhi Palak’ social parenting magazine, substantial content has been produced for the benefit of students, parents, teachers and society.
D. K. Deshmukh

D. K. Deshmukh (Latur) is a well-known personality in the Latur pattern created at Rajarshi Shahu Mahavidyalaya, Latur. Popularly known as DK sir, he created history in medical and engineering admissions under the guidance of his mentor, Principal Aniruddha Jadhav. He is a master at managing both regular and repeater students. After associating with DEEPER, he and his team sent more than 800 students for MBBS in a single year. He is a guiding member of the Core Committee of CLUB DEEPER.
Dr. Vinayak Gaikwad
Core Committee · Latur
Dr. Vinayak Gaikwad (Latur) is the retired principal of Milind College, Latur. He is the main binding force for the team members at Latur. Under his leadership, Deeper performed at its best in Latur, and that leadership is well accepted among the members. He is an active Core Committee member of CLUB DEEPER and a respected member of the DEEPER Governing Council.
G. M. Mahajan
Core Committee · Bhusawal
G. M. Mahajan (Bhusawal) is a popular, student-centric chemistry teacher from K. Narkhede High School and Junior College, Bhusawal, Dist. Jalgaon. He earned wide recognition for his style of teaching chemistry and was active in DEEPER exam operations through 20 years of service. He is now among the most active Core Committee members of CLUB DEEPER.
G. S. Patil
Core Committee · Navapur / Nasik
G. S. Patil (Navapur / Nasik) is a devoted, student-centric teacher who served for 36 years in tribal areas such as Navapur in Nandurbar district. His support for rural and poor students is unmatched. He served the DEEPER exam for almost 20 years and played a vital role in spreading Deeper across Khandesh. He is a Core Committee member of CLUB DEEPER.
Anant Nasery
Core Committee · Nagpur
Anant Nasery (Nagpur) is a strategic physics teacher. He served for almost 35 years at Dharampeth M. P. Deo College, Nagpur. Associated with DEEPER for the last 17 years, he has been a key member in spreading DEEPER across Vidarbha. He is an active Core Committee member of CLUB DEEPER.
Dr. Nityedra Oke
Core Committee · Akola
Dr. Nityedra Oke (Akola) is a mathematician, educator and science communicator. He holds a Ph.D. in General Relativity from Syracuse University, USA. He served as a NASA Educator and later founded Safe Hands Classes, guiding students for JEE, NEET, Olympiads and other competitive examinations. His students include PMT and PET state toppers in the same year, a five-time JEE state topper and a two-time NEET state topper. He now promotes science education and teacher training through Kutuhal Sanskar Kendra, and is a Core Committee member of CLUB DEEPER.
